3. Recipients and transfers
- A hosting provider in Frankfurt, Germany (EU) hosts
api.darqline.comand runs the official serverplay.darqline.com, as a processor of DarqlineMP. - Cloudflare hosts the website and update manifest and proxies traffic to
*.darqline.com, as a processor of DarqlineMP; DarqlineMP does not turn on the retention of request logs. For the network data it uses to protect its network from attacks and abuse, Cloudflare acts as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. Transfers outside the EEA rely on Cloudflare's certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, as a fallback, on the standard contractual clauses of its data processing addendum. - Proton (Switzerland, covered by an EU adequacy decision) hosts email sent to
@darqline.comaddresses, as a processor of DarqlineMP. - GitHub serves release files as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.
4. Your rights
Depending on your country, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or
receive a portable copy of your data, to object to processing based on legitimate interest and
to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. To exercise them, write to
contact@darqline.com. DarqlineMP has no accounts, so include what helps to find your data, such
as the nickname and the approximate time you played on an official server. We may ask for
reasonable additional information to verify that a request comes from you, and we do not
disclose data based on a nickname alone.
5. Children
DarqlineMP is not intended for anyone below the age rating of the Game. If we learn that we hold data of a child without the consent their country requires, we delete it.
6. Changes
A new version of this notice is published on darqline.com with its effective date and is shown
in the Official Launcher before it takes effect. Every version stays available there.
